Acceptance of Terms
The Service is operated by Sarjudas Digital Trading and Escrow Services LLC ("Sarjudas", "we", "us", "our"), trading as OduDoc. OduDoc is a brand and product of Sarjudas Digital Trading and Escrow Services LLC.
By accessing or using OduDoc's website, mobile applications, and services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

OduDoc is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider. Medical advice is provided by independent, licensed healthcare professionals. We do not practice medicine, and the Platform does not replace emergency medical services. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
AI & Automation
Parts of the Platform use artificial intelligence — a health assistant chatbot, symptom guidance, clinical drafting aids (voice dictation, note/prescription suggestions, differential support), translation, and automation agents for support and operations. How we handle it:
- Assistive, never a substitute. AI output is informational and must be reviewed by you and, for anything clinical, verified by a licensed clinician before it is acted on. AI does not diagnose, prescribe, or take irreversible clinical, financial, or account actions on its own.
- Third-party models. AI features may be powered by third-party providers (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic). Where a local, on-server model can do the work (such as medical transcription) we use it so your audio never leaves our infrastructure.
- Human in the loop. Automation agents are least-privilege and audited; money, clinical, prescription, deletion, and identity actions always require human approval, and any agent failure falls back to a human.
- Your data. Training samples are privacy-scrubbed and you can review and revoke them from your Privacy settings. AI use is logged for accountability.
- Not for emergencies. Never rely on an AI feature in an emergency — call your local emergency number.

Payments & Refunds
Transparent Pricing
All fees displayed before booking, including applicable taxes
Secure Payments
Processed securely via Stripe with end-to-end encryption. Payments are subject to the respective processor's terms.
Refund Timeline
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original method
Dispute Window
Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction

Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and design — is owned by OduDoc and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
OduDoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to OduDoc in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. OduDoc Inc. is incorporated in Delaware with its principal office at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States.
Subject to the consumer-rights carve-out below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Consumer-protection carve-out
If you are a consumer accessing the Platform from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction whose consumer-protection laws grant you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your local courts under your local law, this governing-law and forum clause does not deprive you of that right.
No medical-emergency use
The Platform is not for medical emergencies. If you or someone you are with is experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately (e.g. 911 in the US, 112 in the EU, 999 in the UK, 102/108 in India).
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
